AvaSoft 8 Software and the Avantes Spectrometer to Perform a Reflection Measurement
This video explains how to do the fluorescence measurement using AvaSoft 8 software in Avantes Spectrometer. The latest version of the software should be installed in the computer.
The halogen light source should be warmed for fifteen minutes to have a stable output. The spectrometer is connected with the light source which is again connected to reflection probe holder. Using the software and appropriate options reflection can be measured and referred with the reference measurements.
