This video shows the Sun’s rapidly evolving atmosphere. The images were captured using the ROSA (rapid oscillations in the solar atmosphere) imaging system and Andor iXon+ EMCCD camera.
The superimposed black and white images of the chromospheric layer (turbulent and dynamic layer), approximately 1000 km above the solar surface, were revealed by the ROSA imager and Andor camera.
