Application of the Avantes Spectrometer for Fluorescence Measurement
This video explains how to do the fluorescence measurement using AvaSoft 8 software in Avantes Spectrometer. The latest version of the software should be installed in the computer.
The halogen light source is connected to the cadet holder which is perpendicularly again connected to the spectrometer. A reference measurement is taken by placing empty cadet in the holder. Then the sample is placed in the holder. Using the software and appropriate options fluorescence can be measured and referred with the reference measurements.
