This video from Andor shows the morphological assessment of spindles and chromosomes in macaque oocytes to better understand in-vitro oocyte saturation process.
The images were acquired using a laser-scanning confocal microscope and Imaris software. The 3-D images render accurate assessment of normal vs. abnormal morphologies.
